Jake and Madi, Jodi and Marc’s two older children, are currently in school.
Madi is beginning her last year in the Registered Nursing Program at Central Lakes College in Brainerd, and Jake is finishing his degree in CNC Machining Technologies at Central Lakes College on the Staples campus.

Due to the fact that both kids are paying their own way through school, they are currently living at home and saving housing and living costs. As such, their health has unfortunately been compromised along with the health of the rest of their family, and in effort to protect both themselves and their younger brother Wesley (who suffers with chronic illness and severe sensitivity to mold), they too must replace all of their belongings, including school supplies, clothing, and larger items like their computers.

Please consider partnering with or “adopting” these students as they wrap up summer jobs and try to prepare for a new school year severely short on the necessary items to do so. A list of items needed has been provided below, along with purchasing links for your convenience.

Jake and Madi plan to store their new school items outside of their home so as not to contaminate them until their family can find a new and safe place to live. Purchased items can be shipped to:
